How do I return/exchange an item?

Your product isn't fitting how you'd like it to fit? Sounds like it is time to make a return/exchange! Please contact us at nicole@liveyourmaverick.com with your name and order number so we can move forward with getting you the proper item.

We will gladly accept any return/exchange of the unused item with tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Items must not appear visibly worn or washed to be eligible for return/exchange.

If a return/exchange is being made via postal service, customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. Maverick will cover the cost of shipping to send out the new product.

What is your Shipping Policy?

Our processing time is 1-3 business days. All orders will be processed between Monday and Friday (excluding holidays). Once the order is processed, it will be shipped via USPS.

We cannot guarantee the arrival date of a product, due to any unforeseen USPS in-transit delays. Once the order is in the hands of USPS, it is no longer our responsibility.

What is the best way to care for my new pieces?

For the best protection and life of your products, we recommend washing your items on delicate cycle with mild detergent. You can hang/lie flat to air dry or low heat dryer cycle as well.

Do you have my size? 

Yes (most likely)! We carry clothing for you from newborn through adult size 3XL! Some styles and sizes may be limited, but we always have pieces to try out! If you have clothing that no longer fits but is in good condition, we also collect clothing for the local Women's Shelter.
